Swedish Massage
Swedish massage utilizes long flowing strokes in the direction of the heart. It concentrates on the superficial muscle layers to increase circulation and blood flow. Massages can either be for half an hour or an hour. We can concentrate on specific areas of concern for you, or incorporate the whole body.
